Custom Orders involving any architectural modifications will be subject to an additional 10% on net prices shown.

Grade "A" represents c.o.m. or c.o.l., deduct 8% from Grade "C" prices.
Customer supplied leather will be distressed $7 per square foot on request.
Grade "B" represents our crumpled leather with custom distressing, add 3% to the net prices for this effect.
Grade "C" represents our smooth leather, including custom distressing.
* "w" represents veneer work involved and requires finished sample to be approved.
Freight not included.
All club chairs can be converted into sofa 6 to 10 ft.
